Beach fitness on the beach

What can you expect?

Palmira Beach is the largest beach in Paguera and is the ideal place to revitalise body and soul on fine sand by the crystal-clear sea, and it is no coincidence that one of the best beach bars with a beautiful sea view, Robinson’s House, is under German management. Here we meet for a light fitness session with a marvellous sea view.

In addition to some running and stretching exercises on the beach (incl. gym mat and Theraband), our fitness coach will also take you on an equipment course on the beach promenade. After fitness we invite you to a coffee / muesli snack at Robinson’s House. In part 2 of the Paguera tour, we walk in a westerly direction to Cala Fornell. Our route takes us past the picturesque settlement of Aldea Cala Fornells to the small but beautiful natural beach of Calo de sis llisses, known from the ZDF series “Hotel Paradies”.

Location: Paguera

We meet at 9am in Paguera (Palmira beach) at Robinson’s Beach House. Here we start with part 1, an easy beach run and some stretching and loosening exercises.

The Pura Movida coach will then complete a fitness course with you directly on the beach. A snack break in the Robinsons beach bar is on the programme at around 10 am. Part 2 of the tour, a coastal hike with stunning sea views, takes you uphill in a westerly direction to Cala Fornells. On the way there is plenty of opportunity for great sea snapshots. Our destination, the natural beach Calo des sis illisses, is particularly worth a visit! Around 12 noon we walk from there along the coast back to Palmira Beach, where we arrive around 12.30/13 noon.
